TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BOILER:

– base in sturdy carbon steel sheet;

– boiler body properly insulated with rock wool mattresses and removable panels;

– excellent insulation of the bottom hearth in refractory concrete;

– large coated door of adequate thickness of refractory material for the manual loading of the wood waste;

– tube bundle with double turn of fumes to ensure perfect combustion;

– large combustion chamber with large exchange surfaces completely shielded from water;

– an electric fan that facilitates the forced draught and ensures the discharge of fumes;

– ease of cleaning and reduced maintenance;

– yield higher then 80%.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FEEDER:

– base and loading hopper complete with cover (which acts as briquettes deposit) in a robust painted and electrowelded steel structure.

– electrical control panel with IP55 protection class fixed on the wall of the feeder equipped with PLC to manage electronically the temperature of the fumes and the waterof the boiler and the operating cycle of the feeder;

– oleodynamic control unit for hydraulic cylinder control of feeding;

– exclusive briquettes feeding system composed of a timed piston equipped with a hydraulic cylinder which, connected to the sliding drawer, allows to the NOT TAPPED briquettes fallen by gravity into the movable drawer, to scroll intact inside the boiler connection channel;

– drawer dust collector;

– two safety devices complete the feeder equipment: Fire-fighting device composed of a steel tray containing water and a thermostatic valve positioned on the connecting channel between the boiler and the feeder that in the event of initial fire activates the water supply; firebreak movable bulkhead of steel with safety limit switches positioned in the connecting channel between the boiler and the feeder with the function of separating the combustion area from eventual backfires or sparks.
