Cutting unit:

Push feed system (available only on the right side):

– Feeding by rack and pinion system and brushless motor, reading positioning on magnetic strip (precision +/- 0,4 mm.)

Main system

– Touch screen control unit and USB port (for parameters and cutting lists loading and saving)

– Cutting cycle (pattern) editing and entered directly on keypad or by pen drive USB or by PC remote downloading (software on request) via serial port RS232 or by Ethernet (on request)

Working software:

– N°5 optimizing criteria: longest size in the list, minimum waste, priority size, by volume (volume=length x quantity) and by value (profitability)

– Working cycle with single list or automatic mercing of more selected lists combined by lengths having same section

– Waste recovery for finger jointing or future orders

– Description of each length and list reference during working cycle

– Electronic control of the work piece sorter: selection length/kicker while editing the list

– Final report about optimization data
