AUTOMATIC BRIQUETTING MACHINE’S CUTTER QUADRA

It can cut the long briquettes coming out from the press at the required length for packaging. It is an electro-pneumatic machine designed to be connected to the extrusion pipe of the press by means of an apt connection.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

It consists of a welded and painted base on which the complete cutting mobile group with pneumatic cylinder is mounted so as to adjust the wished measure of the briquette. An exit for the cut briquettes is foreseen. The briquette’s cutter is equipped with an IP55 electrical control board. An electric motor enables the operation of the cutting blade. All mobile units are equipped with linear guides, precision and dust devices. Two dust aspirating connectors are mounted. A metal frame is foreseen to align the briquetting press with the briquette’s cutter.
