we recommend the use of the model MRK, programmed self-learning, for the painting of chairs, assembled furniture and other three-dimensional pieces. In these cases, the robot can be equipped with an electrostatic gun, in order to drastically reduce the cycle time and the product waste. MULTIPLE PROGRAMMING SYSTEMS. Our painting robot MRK  can be programmed through self-learning, for a fast and easy painting of objects with complicated shapes, or through point to point, for a more accurated painting on geometrically simple pieces.

VARIOUS ROBOT CONFIGURATION. The MRK painting robot can be integrated with multiple devices. These devices include carousels systems, external carriages and rotation devices.

DIFFERENT ARMS LENGTH. The same robot model can be produced with different arms length, in order to perfectly fit with the dimension of the pieces to be painted and the available space in the spraying booth.

SUPERIOR MANEUVERABILITY. The robot arms are built with very light but strong materials and are pneumatically balanced in order to achieve high levels of maneuverability during the programming stage.

JOYSTICK.  The self-learning programming system is simple and quick , thanks to the use of an ergonomic joystick which includes few programmable buttons, which allow a single operator to manage the entire programming stage directly from the painting area.

CUSTOMIZED SOFTWARE. Our multilingual software which manage the robot has entirely been developed from our company and it can be customized in order to perfectly meet the requirements of the Customers. Moreover it includes a module for the management of the production filled with statistics and data. All robots are equipped with an industrial PC with touch-screen, in order to obtain a practical and intuitive management of all the functions of the machine.

SAFETY DEVICES. Our painting robots can be supplied completed with protective fences, systems for monitoring the operative area of the robot and to safeguard the safety of the operators. If required , our machines can be constructed in explosion-proof version.
