Description

The special robust construction of the whole machine and the high-performance hydraulic accessories also enables use also in heavy operating conditions, including nonstop operating units. The extensive hydraulic accessories easily manages manipulation even with very thick logs and increases the productivity of the machine. Double-sided guiding of the bridge on the travel section combined with the strong engine enables installation of the feeder and the slider for cut material with fluent and quick removal of cut pieces. The basic version of the machine has a cut of 7,6 metres and is equipped with the following hydraulic accessories: 1× auxiliary hard-metal guiding of the sawband, 2× log clamps, 5× squaring arms, 1× log taper adjusted, 1× log taper adjusted with horizontal travel, 1× log turner. The extension sections with the cutting length of 3 metres allows for installation of hydraulic accessories according to your requirements. The basic travel section and the extension sections are equipped with numerous clamping points for installation of hydraulic accessories, which enables large variability of the location with respect to the entire cutting length and features of the processed material. Running wheels with the diameter 500 mm enable to use professional sawbands with widths of 35 or 40 mm.
